Dear Silk Customers,
As part of our ongoing re-branding efforts, we have made several changes to our SMTP and e-mail domains from Kaminario-based ones to Silk-based ones. We are now finishing the transition of how we receive the SMTP transmissions from your Silk solutions this month and it is very important that we work with you to complete these steps.
As of April 16th, 2021, SMTP traffic related to our CallHome data and event notifications going to an address with the @kaminario.com domain will no longer be accepted. They will need to be changed by a member of the Silk Support team to the @cs.silk.tech and @clarity.silk.tech domain. You can check the ”call_home_email” and “alerts_email” destinations in the Silk GUI under the “Event” tab in the “Notifications” menu or with the following command: events event-destination-show.
It is important that these be changed so that your Clarity data will continue to be up to date and that Silk Support will continue to receive real-time events and open cases to support your Silk solutions.
