    Following up on our previous announcement, we are re-scheduling our planned maintenance to the Customer Portal to December 11, 2021 at03:00 AM (EST/UTC-5).  This had been previously scheduled for November 27, 2021.

    During the 2 hour period of maintenance, you may experience intermittent connectivity and access to the  Customer Portal and Clarity

    Clarity will still be running and monitoring Silk solutions and providing the data for opening cases, where applicable.  Also, our 24/7 Call Center will be available as always during this time.
